These terms apply to your use of the pH7 website and any platform services we make available to business users. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Service description

pH7 provides infrastructure and workflow software for scheduling, documentation handling, order routing, fulfilment operations, and reporting. The platform supports operational workflows between organisations and service partners.

Eligibility and account registration

• You must have authority to act on behalf of the organisation you represent.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
• Do not interfere with platform security or integrity, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse data outside your authorised workflows.

Third-party services and links

We may use third-party service providers and link to external resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Fees and payment

Some services may be provided on a paid basis. Where fees apply, they will be set out in an order form or agreed in writing. You are responsible for applicable taxes and timely payment of invoices.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, a security risk, suspected fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Intellectual property

All rights in the pH7 platform, software, branding, and documentation belong to TETRODAXOL GB LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the services during the term of your agreement.

Disclaimers

• pH7 is a technology platform only and does not provide clinical advice.
• Outputs and reports depend on the accuracy of information provided by users and partners.
• Services are provided on an “as available” basis subject to planned maintenance and updates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the services. Our total liability will be limited to the fees paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy page. Where we act as a processor on behalf of business customers, additional terms may apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
